Obuoba FM journalist has allegedly die in a road accident which occurred on Sunday, 27th June, 2021 at 10:30pm.
The sports journalist, Adams Shaibu popularly Baba Kankani who works for Obuoba FM traveled to Abirem area for a sports commentary of a division 2 football match between Okwawu City vrs Okwawu United.
On their way to Nkawkaw, their vehicle from Yayaaso to Abirem was involved in accident and he died at the spot.
According eyewitness, the other occupants of the vehicle including the driver is seriously injured and are in critical condition. The victims are currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
The incident has been reported to the police division at New Abirem and investigations are ongoing to know the causes of the accident.
